RETURN POLICY

Age Verification & Restricted Products

MyFavoritePouch sells nicotine pouch products intended only for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase nicotine pouches where permitted by local law. Customers located in the United States must be at least 21 years old to purchase nicotine products.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age requirement in your country, state, or jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or request age verification if we believe a customer does not meet the applicable legal age requirements.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that nicotine pouch products are legal to purchase, import, possess, and use in their country, state, or region.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened nicotine pouch products.

Nicotine pouches must remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

We also do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
